Welcome to the WIN homepage!

The Women Involved in Nation-building (WIN) strives to empower women leaders for effective participation in governance under the Local Government Code. To attain this end, WIN works as a training organization for elected and appointed women officials in the local government units (LGUs) in 16 regions, 76 provinces, 67 cities, and 1540 municipalities, including barangays. It conducts training workshops, seminars, projects and programs designed to build the skills of women local leaders by networking and teaming up with the government, NGOs, the private sector and funding agencies.
